Shuai 

As a han Chinese myself, I can confirm that Shuai means something cool, awesome, swag, dope, etc. It is indeed very similar to the Japanese equivalent of Sugoi. Part of me wishes that shuai became more popular than sugoi.

A: Look at that car
B: That's so shuai
A: Do you mean sugoi?
B: No, I mean shuai

Shuai 

An adjective in Mandarin to describe something cool, awesome, swag, dope, etc. Basically the Chinese equivalent of 'Sugoi' (though Shuai is usually used to describe a person).

Shuai Guo

Literal meaning : To throw or toss the wok/pan

Figurative meaning: To shift the blame onto someone else - especially when trying to avoid responsibility or criticism.

It's like saying "pass the buck" or "throw someone under the bus", but with more of a playful or sarcastic tone often used online.

Etymology:
Comes from Chinese internet slang where "Guo"(wok/pot) represents "blame" - as in carrying a pot of guilt. so when you "shuai guo", you're literally throwing your pot of blame at someone else.

"The project failed and the boss tried to shuai guo to the interns."
"Classic move - he forgot the deadline and then shuai guo the whole thing on IT."
