Sabur is this realistic as idealistic person. He comes off as an egotistical man but he’s actually a genuine gentlemen. Sabirmtv 

Sabirmtv means a word that doesn't make sense but has MTV in it and MTV is an abbreviation of a word so it is acceptable to use in Scrabble.
It is used in Scrabble games in where you can't make another word and you are losing. In other scenarios that aren't connected to Scrabble this term is out of context and no longer holds meaning.
