Turtle Mode 

Verb. The act of when talking to a group of people (or person) panicking and retreating into ones sweatshirt, Tee-shirt, clothing. It sometimes can be considered cute, and usually occurs to shy, awkward people.

Ashley: So Teddi are you still dating that boy?

Teddi: *Goes into turtle mode* u-uhhh .////.
