Similar to a contraction but in lieu of a human baby, it is a shit baby. The moments before you deliver your shit the pressure becomes so great you hold it in and release pressure, then repeat for the next movement of pressure until the shit baby is born.

My shitractions were too close together and my shit baby was premature.

Shitcation 

Shitcation is when young ladies in West Africa particularly Nigeria and Ghana go for an adventure to Dubai in search of money through prostitution. This happens with the aid and connection of a local pimp. They end up getting pooped right into the mouth after the unlimited gang bonking including ghetto gagging and all the nasty indulgence for the gratification of the Arabian men just for the money(dollar).
It is coined from the merging of shit + vacation and shorthanded as shitcation.

Shituational Awareness 

Shituational Awareness is awareness of your environment whilst taking a dump, or pitching a loaf. Poor shituational awareness can lead to lack of toilet paper, or coming face to face with a former dumpee's turd. Can also lead to entering a toilet with a broken lock.
