An instance where, no matter what you say afterwards, saying (absolutely) anything in defense of yourself will just make the situation much, much worse. If a brain bomb occurs, it is best to shu your trap and either

a: take the aftermath as a man, or
b: get the hell outta dodge.

Most commonly, this is done by a man to his wife, or by a man in general.

Instructor: ...What could possibly have driven this female to do such a thing?

Male student: Must have been that time of the month.

All female students in the room: *Gasp*

Male student: Damnit, brain bomb.

Brainwomb 

The possible resulting condition when an infant develops a forehole, which is the congenital defect associated with the ambilocal cord connecting to a baby's forehead instead of their stomach.

"That baby's gonna have a brainwomb, if the problem persists."
"Where is the guy with the brainwomb, he can see things with his forehole."

Brainboobitis 

A neurological condition in which a woman's brain migrates to her breasts. This results in the patient having large boobs and empty space where her brain should be. This is the official medical term, but is more commonly referred to as air head or ditz when applied to a woman with big tits.

Friend: That hot girl at taco bell turned out to be fucking stupid.

Me: She suffers from brainboobitis.

Friend: Oh, I see.
