Symptoms of MOAS
- Apologizing for things that do not need an apology.
- Apologizing excessively.
- Apologizing continuously even after the other person has accepted your apology
- Feelings of guilt for not meeting
unrealistic expectations.
- Invalidating one’s own feelings / rationalizing them as
