Robocop 3

When film franchises pussy out and go for a PG-13 rating (12A in the UK), more recent examples include Die Hard 4 & 5 and The Expendables 3. Therefore there's none of the harsh language and violence from the earlier films and therefore they tend to suck ass by comparison.

Originally used to describe a paintball referees ability to walk across the field mid-game.
