Someone that thinks every Latino is Mexican. They usually think everyone that speaks Spanish is Mexican.

Mary: Omg! That boy is from Dominican Republic so he is Mexican.

John: What are you talking about? He is Dominican.
Mary: Well he speaks Spanish so he is Mexican.
