City where stuck up rich kids who don't know how good they have it (see definition 1) complain about having nothing to do because they're too lazy to see all thats going on around them. With an average household income of over $80,000, Owasso lies about 10 miles north of Tulsa and has one of the best school districts in Oklahoma. More than 80% of the households in Owasso are families, and more Owasso residents have a post-secondary education than in the Tulsa metro area. The population has gone from 18,502 in 2000, to 35,703 in 2010 and is expected to grow another 17% by 2014.
