standzee

Someone who prefers to stand all the time, because sitting down makes their butt hurt and lying down makes them look like the prefer to sleep other than doing anything else. It also involves generating more discomfort for the feet and tends to make people think they achieve something great, but eventually they just fall over as an ultimate avhievement.
Standzee is not for me, coz my feet cramps and i get tired.
Marie's job sucks balls straight through the ass. They make her standzee while working, so she's half dead when she gets home. She's more of a layzee or a sitzee than a stanzee, you know.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
