Scatter laughs is when you laugh at something, think about it again and laugh again, then think about it again and laugh again.

Dcta 

Dcta means disability change to another. Its like rcta (race change to another) and ecta ( ethnicity change to another). All of those are NOT valid. Some people may do these things due to trauma, but it is a n extremele unhealthy coping mechanism.

Person 1: I am dcta!
Person 2: we can't be friends anymore.
