This drug is frequently sought out by psychiatric patients in jails and hospitals because of the woozy feeling of drowsiness it provides, and when the user stays awake a mild high is experienced similar to a Quaalude but less fun. If a user is about to enter general population in Jail, they will often request Seroquel so that they can be knocked out like zombies for most of the waiting period in the holding cells. Highly sought after in prison for it's mind-numbing and ultra potent sedative effects, also known as "Baby Heroin". This medication is given out regularly by jail staff to keep the convicts under control, making them appear as drooling zombies, but don't worry, totally harmless on Seroquel ;)
