drug underdose

Taking less than the prescribed medication. This can occur when people cannot afford the medication and take less than is prescribed without supervision. When the prescribed drug that has been taken does not a sufficient does because a significant amount of the active ingredients have been partially or completely removed. When patients are unable to acquire a reliable source they may reduce a prescribed dose and spread the dose out.

A drug underdose can as serious as drug overdose in that it can result in a negative state such as sickness, coma, hospitalization or death.
The problem of drug underdose has increased significantly as people stretch out their existing supply by either cutting the dose or not taking it at the prescribed time.

A adjective used by the weather service to make to modify characteristics of the storm such as storm surge to make it clear that people in high vulnerability with these characteristics need to evacuate.
Unsurvivable storm surge is made even more deadly by 150 mph winds.

A politician beholden to special interests.
He is a true palitician, no matter what the polls say, no matter what the public interests is, he votes as he is told. The only exception is he would never support a public interest group, because of potential conflicts of interest.

The long-haulers prolonged suffering from Covid-19 seems to go unnoticed by many in part because that are bed ridden and in social isolation, and some institutionalized and barred from visitation.
