Bubb Rubb

"A black man who says the whistles go wooo wooo!!! because he has a little welded piece of metal inside his muffler to make his car screechingly loud for nearly a mile. so he says the whitsles go WOOOO WOOOOO!"

Also we renamed our bubbler "bubb rubb"

A slang term originating from the west side of chicago Meaning the same as hello
but adding joe on the end. evolved from the slang term "yo" see: yo

When u see one of ur ppl that owe u sum money in the streets,
u b like: "what's up joe?"

a slang spoken when you can know longer talk right and call beer by the name "burr"
OR
the word when a white person trys to be african american by using the "urr" at the end of the word beer

"yo 'g-dawg homie'let's go snag some burr to quench our thirst!"

a person who's parents consist of a chinese mother and a black father. the features on a blacky chan are very scary...

"i really saw a blacky chan on the beach in NJ and it was a scary sight. i have the picture to proove it!"
