substitute word for many things but basic meaning is "oh man, everything is so f@&^ing messed up!"

Can be used as a name or a word for making an exclamation like "Oh BLADEM! I can't believe i got a flat out here" Sometimes paired with Bladem Bah Please meaning things are at the all time low.
