just someone who is really irritating. there isnt much to a twag, but you'll know it when you see it.

person 1: omg that kid is such a ball-hog
person 2: ugh, what a twag

person a: did you see the guy blocking the whole damn pavement
person b: no, but i saw his friend double dipping at Pret earlier
person a: people are such twags these days

doing jack

if someone is doing jack, they are doing nothing. they are lazy and can't be bothered to do anything. it also means if someone can't be bothered, or they dont want to put effort into something.

person a: "where's tony, he needs to do his homework!"
person b: "idk, hes probably doing jack on the couch."
