That person (real or imaginary) in your life responsible for solving all technology related problems. This individual may provide IT services and tech support but more likely is setting up home theaters, installing hardware/software, and synchronizing email, phones, ipods, cameras and GPS devices.
I spent so much time after Christmas trying to install and set up my wireless home theater system that I haven't even gotten to my kid's computer and my wife's GPS. I need a techretary to handle all this stuff.
