Basically, the FBI warning screen that usually appears before the beginning of a show. The FBI warning of doom is also presented before a movie on videotape starts. They're also in DVD movies, sometimes showing up at the end of the movie, or sometimes at the beginning.

*Oriental eating utensils (Oriental, as in, Chinese or Japanese or Korean, or others like Burmese or Vietnamese, etc etc). Basically it's two sticks that are held in a certain way that they can be used to pick up anything, mostly food, given chopsticks' purpose.
If you're a full-blooded oriental, you can probably pick up a single piece of rice with chopsticks! Or maybe even a single noodle!
