(1) Homeless person who lives, e.g., under a bridge;
(2) To go to a bar or other similar venue, looking for sexual companionship.

(1) That troll wants us to give him money because his sign says he loves Jesus;
(2) Let's go down to Cheers and troll for some poon-tang.
