A person (usually named Todd) who often pulls Shenanigans, wins at Jack Box games, and throws bomb parties. He also has biceps that compare to Superman, Batman, and most fictional characters that have "man" at the end of their name.

East Bumfuck

East Bumfuck. A small hole in the wall town, that no one knows how to get to. Amazon won't even deliver there.
IE: Hull Massachusetts, a small town on the east coast, an hour south of Boston. Ever been? ... Exactly.

Casey: East Bumfuck that's where.
Dave: Oh yeah, that makes sense.
