A craft union that works for the company. A fake union. The only union in the history of contract negotiations to go way beyond five years to settle a dispute. Check Southwest Airlines history. The union who can't think outside the box and hires its own corrupt mechanics to attempt to negotiate a contract. Check NWA mechanic history. This union will negotiate you out of a job. Check United Airlines. United got rid of this Union before the first term due to the corruption.

Alaska Airlines Group, a company famously known in the aviation industry as the sorriest major airline. They will try to outsource everything, they have their own rampers they call "McGee." These are ex-thugs who were never caught with a crime yet, but are willing to work for Alaska Airlines for 11$ an hour. Alaska Airlines will try to penny pinch everything, from the food you are to its own employees. If you even heard of this airline, (not from the west coast) avoid flying on it at all cost. The work environment was so bad an ex-employee took a plane and crashed it recently. Those barrel rolls were awesome though. If you are hiring in the maintenance department, avoid hiring this group, a bunch of lazy idiots.
Hey have you flown on Alaska Airlines yet? "Yeah, last time they told me I was on my own in regards to hotel, sleep at the airport, because they only got one flight a day." and because their planes are shit with shitty service.

a man or woman who often have the skills to persuade others thru the use of manipulative tactics. These individuals are pathological liars and psychopaths. They will try to charm you with helping you at first, but do not let these individuals fool you, it is not genuine, its a manipulation tactic of a narcissist. It is a game they play in hopes to persuade you to be on their side. Deep down this individual is troubled, they will often try to mimic the people who shines above them. And if that fails they will try anything to sabotage their reputation. Often they will live a miserable life, not spending time with their families, having resentment issues, and when they go, no one really cares.
I just worked with a company man last night, let me tell you, I will work harder to finish the job than work with this tool.
