Cloud Cover 

A layer of shade/protective shadow that is provided by the L.O.A.D. STARR in the video game; Tornado Outbreak. Without the Cloud Cover, Zephyr, Nimbus, and the Wind Warriors won't be able to survive due to the sun's UV rays.

The more Fire Flyers you obtain, the more time you will have in the Cloud Cover.

L.O.A.D. STARR 

A (Lightweight Object Amalgam Device) that provides cloud cover for the Wind Warriors from the video game; Tornado Outbreak.

Given to us by Omegaton, the L.O.A.D. STARR can locate the orbs, collect, and HOLD--the Fire Flyers.It's also been rigged to provide cloud cover from the U.V. rays.

His costume resembled Nimbus' attire.
