Fun again. The state of being a person who does fun things again — after a long stretch of work, grinding, recovery, or just getting buried by life. Usually said as a promise to yourself. Can be a noun (a person who has gotten their life back) or a verb, funagin'.

Spy-op

spy-op (noun) — short for “spy operation.” A coordinated covert effort in which a person or group uses secret resources, surveillance, or undercover tactics against a specific target. Bigger than snooping, smaller than a conspiracy — a spy-op is personal, aimed at you.

Also works as a verb: to spy-op someone.

“They didn’t just outbid us, they ran a spy-op on our whole pricing model.”

Dequity

Dequity (n.) — capital that sits between debt and equity: it carries a fixed obligation like debt (interest, a repayment schedule, or a preferred return) while also granting an ownership claim or share of the upside like equity. Neither purely a loan nor purely a stake, but a hybrid that lets a lender behave like an owner and an owner get paid like a lender.
