Partygoers are highly aggressive, and highly intelligent.
They create Balloons and can mimic the sound of laughter, these are used to lure you to them.
Partygoers are tall slender bright yellow (sometimes other colored) entities that appear to have a smile carved into their "face", inside their "sleeves" is what looks to be similar to a lamprey eels mouth, Partygoers will latch onto it's prey and convert them into one of them, Partygoers can create, alter, and delete wiki pages of information about them.
Partygoers are silent, but lack in speed, so you could easily outrun them.

We black out and wake up in a sewer, we're surrounded by fish, HORNY FISH, you know what that means! FISH ORGY! The stench draws in a bear, what are we gonna do? We're gunna fight it, bear fight, bear handed, bear... naked? OH YES PLEASE. We befriend the bear after we beat it in a brawl, then we ride it into a Chuck E Cheese, dance dance revolution. A Roleplaying rule where you must have permission to kill someone. It's a common rule that Fail-roleplayers somehow don't know exist.
It's quite simple, yet sometime complicated, you have to both imagine a scenario where the person you wish to kill both dies, and lives.
To ask someone you just say Permission to kill? or PTK?.
