Museum of Natural History

A museum that was there before several generations of new guards and will be there after these next generations as long as it and other beloved people, places, and things live on in the people.
The Museum of Natural History will always face the adversity of being threatened with wildfire (and so far is still standing strong in it's face), but New Yorkers know how to tell a wildfire to go fuck itself when a new guard tries to come in and walk all over what's already there and has been around the block a few times, or what's left of what was already there if some things have already been taken.

Price's chicken coop

If a beloved restaurant or diner 80 or over 100 years old can be saved, a restaurant 60 years old doesn't have to get torn down either. In reality, the owners don't want to sell their business, they are forced to by the maneuvering of people looking to benefit from the coronavirus restrictions and the resulting downward spiral of the people trying to meet unrealistic expectations (the same kinds of people that benefit from the restrictions made the restrictions, mandates, laws, and rules to dictate people's fates to them and replace these beloved businesses with something closer to their own image).
Price's Chicken Coop didn't have a realistic chance to make it through the coronavirus, neither do many other longtime businesses, restaurants, bars, and retailers. It's the small businesses, the mom and pop businesses and their customers that feel the pinch when the people behind making the rules, laws, mandates, and restrictions try to squeeze all the life out of them, it isn't the new startup online business run by some outsider looking for people's support in their new market that is going to take a loss. It's the new guard trying to force out the old, and walk all over what's left of the old. Out with the old, in with the new is their motto, and if people don't wake up and fight, if they keep doing what they are told, they will no longer have homes or businesses to guard/protect.
A guy that still lives by the old code.
Relationship diagnosis-

The guy looked like a knight in shining armor when she had on her rose-colored glasses, but when she took them off, he didn't even look human, he looked like a retard in tin foil she was so used to having them on.

Daryl brooks

It's interesting how nobody knew or cared what the beliefs and views of Daryl Brooks were before he ran some white people over, then all of a sudden everybody is wondering what his beliefs and views were before he ran people over. If white people had cared what his beliefs and views were before he ran some people over, would he have still been as likely to run them over?
Before Daryl Brooks there had to be Kyle Rittenhouse. Before Kyle Rittenhouse, there had to be Jacob Blake. Or did any of it have to happen, did the Confederate statues have to come down, and has any of it really made the country a better place, or is it all just bullshit people are told to pit them against one another?

Bow and arrow

The girl that thought she was Cantaness from Hunger Games and thought her bow and arrow was a toy and shot the other girl with it at the swim meet laughed about it afterwards, it didn't seem real.

Reputation

The free spirit/non-reputation is still a reputation. The person still has to keep up their counter-reputation, otherwise people will find out what they really do when nobody is looking.
Someone claiming to be a free spirit isn't really someone that doesn't care what anybody thinks of him/her, it is somebody desperate to convince people that he/she doesn't care what anybody thinks, and the same applies to any image someone goes for (including the telling everyone else to be themself image even if they already are themselves). As long as the person has to convince other people they don't care what anyone thinks of them, they have a reputation of some sort to protect, no matter what they tell you to the contrary.

Reputation

Either everyone has a reputation or no one does.
A reputation is not something just one kind of person has. It either applies to everyone or it applies to no one.
