Credit

Something many entertainers get endless amounts of for any amount of work they do. There are enough people in the world who wouldn't want to live in a world without movies/music/tv, there are also many people who either seem to worship entertainers, or try to get other people to do so. They're powerful people, but they are just people at the end of the day.
He/she sure does get plenty of credit for any amount of work they put in to what they do, he/she also tends to get credit for each gesture they make to others.

Reverse bolton

Someone with no regard to being in, or staying in line.
The reverse Bolton wasn't going to back down to billabong, or get weary of adversity with others, even if he didn't have an arsenal of guided missiles at his disposal.

Tough

An image too many full of shit people in the world go for, especially the ones that think the world is full of innocent bystanders.
The dork tried to look, sound, and act tough and insensitive every waking minute of her day, even though some of us knew her as a kid, and saw how she handled/bore physical pain when there was no attention from the media or public to be had. Back when her mother was the one she ran to for attention and first aid.

Impossible

Not likely and not possible are two different things.
If you go by what is likely, you'll get discouraged to the point you start to think that things that are not impossible are impossible.

Carbon monoxide

What somebody is going to breathe instead of oxygen if you stick their head next to an exhaust pipe intentionally.
If a guy has a knee on his neck while his head is right near an exhaust pipe of a car, he has nothing to take in but car exhaust. Just like somebody sitting in a garage with the grage door closed and a car running. Death is from both lack of oxygen and carbon monoxide.

Circus clown

He was a 400 pound comedian that hit puberty at 10 and did backflips across the stage in case the audience missed the circus. He was a circus clown.
