Deprogram

If there is a structured program to support or encourage unplugging or deprogramming, doesn't that defeat the purpose of spending unstructured time unplugging or deprogramming?

The girl needed to take her bullshit program back to where she was from, so that people could deprogram from her bullshit.

Blind optimism

Thinking everyone you like will also be someone you can trust would be blind optimism, and at some point reality shows somebody that not everybody you like will be someone you also trust.

The charming guy/girl was hard not to like, but after years of being around this guy/girl, the blind optimism that started the relationship (friendship) ended up getting a bit more realistic when one party knew they'd never fully trust the other, attempt after attempt at trusting the other party had shown them that. When life was not a party, the people they liked the most were seldom the ones they could continue to trust.

Sexist

Someone who disagrees with a feminist that the grass is greener on every males lawn. Kind of like a white guy that disagrees that the grass is greener on every white guys lawn than every black guy's lawn is somehow a covert member of the ku klux klan subconciously.

No matter how many times she called him a sexist, he was still going to continue to disagree with her on her view of what life was.

A female who has a male bearing, a manly bearing to her.

He had to look for a manly girl posing as a dude, which wasn't as easy a task as it sounded, since not all dudes had a bald head, a prominent adam's apple, or lots of facial hair. The girl might pose as an effeminate dude who was as androgynous as she was by nature.

Assimilation isn't living together as friends, it never was.

1) The guy/girl trying to assimilate you was never your friend. You're divided from him/her for a good reason.

2) The guy didnt assimilate to people not from his neighborhood, it was his neighborhood, not theirs.
