Get the Shoot me straight mug.If the unintended side effect of restrictions and lockdowns is premature death by heart problems and lack of the kind of activity people got before the pandemic, what good are the lockdowns? Telling people there is a new normal, and giving them guidelines on how to exercise in it will never keep them as healthy as they were before the restrictions and lockdowns. The bullshit is bad for everybody, though the people and entities behind the lockdowns and restrictions are never going to openly admit that it's bad for people.
The restrictions and lockdowns are going to endanger and kill some people anyway, so what's the point? In reality, life is worth losing, that's what a scientist, someone in the business of healthcare, the WHO, the government, the media, or anybody else making money off the pandemic isn't going to tell anybody.

A city doesn't need to be like any other city. If people want to gamble, they go to Vegas, they don't need a casino in every other city like Detroit or Kansas City, there's already enough casinos to go around. Charleston doesn't need to try to be Vegas and Vegas doesn't need to try to be Charleston. Atlanta doesn't need to try to become New York or Chicago. Nashville doesn't doesn't need to try and become Atlanta. A city that is content to be what it is, but not to stagnate or fall asleep should be enough, though you know some people are always going to expect things to expand and be done to excess.

It's a double standard to think that a female who can't feed her kid because her tits got cut off by a machete is more devastating to the planet than five hundred males who got their genitals mutilated before they were beheaded. A way of thinking that one sex is more necessary to the future of the human race somehow, or that one sex should be treated as more righteous than the other.
