Master-planned buildings are in every city, they're both new and old, there were master-planned buildings being built long before World War 2.

Poser

Someone who is really everything they try to make fun of, while imitating everything they are while trying to make fun of somebody.

The poser had to wait on somebody else to come up with material so she would have something to say was not theirs originally.

Hypocrite 

Someone who whines about the double standards of other people, calls them bullies, or says they've censored their communications, then turns around and imitates the people they called bullies, says all the same things a bully would say, tries to do all the things a bully would do, but never faces any consequences from anyone for their behavior. Does everything in a slick way, then tries to call other people sick, even though it's always been the other people who were held accountable for their actions.

The hypocrite spent too much time imitating hypocrites and bullies to recognize the imitation self-serving, narcissistic hypocrite in the mirror. Being an imitation hypocrite too often doesn't come with any of the consequences for being a true hypocrite though, since people too often excuse the behavior and send the consequences to the true hypocrite.

Common sense 

Something you cant really explain to a moron, because if they're not doing something on accident, they're doing it out of malice (a petty form of cruelty), all while expecting nobody else to be cruel.

The moron will just parrot back to you about your own common sense if you try to explain common sense to him/her.

Actor/actress 

If being yourself was really all you could do, there would be no actors and actresses, and there would certainly be no actors/actresses, or imitators telling other people to be themselves.

An actor/actress knows how to pose as other people, they do it all the time. The reality is you can be yourself, and you can also be a poser your entire life, and plenty of the people telling other people to be themselves are busy being posers themselves.

Someone who gets on a reality show claiming to be a badass and thinks anybody who notices what they're really like is underestimating them.

The 98 pounds and tough as nails girl thinks anybody who remembers how much she whined about everything as a kid is underestimating, bullying, or censoring her.
