a locquacious individual (usu young female) who likes to chatter about the first thing that pops into her head, and then she expects everyone else to listen--and people often do listen--because just as you're about to divert your attention, she'll be poignant or make you LOL. Like a #ChattyKathy, but more compelling, less annoying, and probably destined for SNL or Improv comedy.
That cute little flibbertgibbet had us in stitches with her random stories. She better be careful or she'll end up in a #picklegibbet if she starts talking about other people.

An avoidable elaborate complication—a “pickle” but with an entire contraption of trouble around it usually because someone just spoke too much.
That #flibbertgibbet was hilarious until she started with the he-said, she-said, and now she made an mess of a picklegibbet. Carol told Dee Dee and she told Pam, and Pebbles overheard her talkin' to her man, Pebbles told Cookie what she thought she heard, and somehow Easy E had got the word. He told somebody I knew from uptown, and they called me up and put me down. Now the whole darn story's been changed around.

Having previously consumed the better part of a hair-covered, rotten soup bone she found on a drain grate next a dumpster, noise from the dog's intestines could be heard across the room. As the dog's lay at the foot of the sofa, her gasfrightus gave way to silent but deadly aromas of putrid noxiousness, sending her owners fleeing and gasping for fresh air.
