ethnocultural neo-anthropology should be devoted to answering the sole question of whether or not decolonized people in Third World countries can, without either immigrating to the Western World or financial help from the United Nations, historically, economically, and socially develop along Western lines using their own cultural and religious markers that they had prior to the beginnings of colonialism, i.e. prior to 1469 (the marriage of Ferdinand of Aragon and Isabella of Castille.
