smallamy

Da act of a young boy's taking part in two separate "pretend" wedding-ceremonies to two different little girls whom he likes comparably.
Children should indeed be encouraged by their elders to have as many similar-aged friends as possible, but engaging in smallamy might be taking it a bit far.

Mel Blanc always had to rest up before voicing the staccato-speaking Elmer Fudd, in order to maintain his stammerna long enough to voice the entire episode.

capitol punishment

The premature termination of life that Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley, and John F. Kennedy received as a "penalty for their crime" of merely being the current U.S. President.
My favorite "capitol punishment" joke is "So aside from the ending, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?"

Return To Spender

Da way you should mark an envelope containing an astronomical department-store/online-merchant invoice dat someone who had "gone wild with his credit card" has sent to you and blubberingly asked if you would pay off his bill for him. Hey --- we are all responsible for our actions, so unless there was actually a prior agreement, it's not up to someone else to "bail you out" if you are not wise/thrifty with your purchasing!
I always try to be very frugal and carefully calculate how much I am paying for an actual/virtual cart of merchandise, so that hopefully I can avoid having any "Return To Spender" letters' winding up in my mailbox!

"escape hatch" sneeze

Refers to a humongous "ah-choo!" that you consciously "divert" or "re-direct" the air-blast force of through your throat and out your mouth --- rather than letting it travel its "standard" path through your sinuses and out your nose --- thereby reducing the risk of a "wet 'n' messy" spray from your nostrils. Of course, you should still always cover your nose and mouth to minimize germy emanations in any case.
Performing the "escape hatch" sneeze can indeed often allow for cleaner nasal-cannon discharging, but it can also lead to hoarseness and a painful throat if excessively utilized in a fairly short period of time.

Refers to an out-in-da-boonies location where animals and/or people like to make loud long-drawn-out vocalizations, either to scare people away or just to make themselves look brave and tough.
The tiny roaral town of Skidmore, Missouri is the home of the infamous shooting of the equally-infamous town bully Ken Rex McElroy. Ken loved to threaten people with his shotgun and always acted loud and tough, but we all know that he would have been a sniveling coward without his firearms.

spasmodic dysphobia

Weird-sounding speech-impediment that causes periodic bouts of uncaring behavior towards fellow humans.
Maine Congresswoman Susan Collins is apparently no longer "the people's senator" (if she even actually WAS ever for us to begin with, which is doubtful!) --- she takes big money from mega-biz interests, votes against the basic interests of "the little guy", and to top it all off, she TALKS FUNNY! Sounds like a classic case of spasmodic dysphobia to me.
