A nocturnal creature of ill-repute who regularly prowls lower-income inner-city streets while harboring shady-intent; usually on little sleep and with chemical "enhancement".

Son of a bitch! There's a Ghetto-Zombie scoping. This street is riddled with Ghetto Zombies and Crankster Gangsters! We should park somewhere else.
