What one might offer as an answer to a personal question he or she doesn't know the answer to or feels uncomfortable answering. Used in a Seinfeld episode.

1. Self-mockery delivered by an experienced user

2. Mockery of inexperienced user by an experienced user

1. "I've been on the int0rweb for 2 days straight now"

2. "He's new to teh int0rweb"
