Saura is an abbreviated way of saying sexual aura. There are individuals who exude a sensuality that is detectable and almost palpable. This is a sexual aura, or saura for short.
Tom's recent photo on facebook shows him with an actual, visible, saura, which is interesting as he is sporting a new do and is also in vogue.
