Short for camel toe police. The toe po are the freaky dudes who have an obsession for women's camel toes and who watch them obsessively. A camel toe is the part of a female's anatomy that looks like a camel toe, i.e. the vulva-with-split that is often outlined under pants if the pants are tight enough.
Every summer there are plenty of bodacious young females at the beach in bikinis. Just as surely are the toe po, with camera, cams, and/or binoculars.

Saura is an abbreviated way of saying sexual aura. There are individuals who exude a sensuality that is detectable and almost palpable. This is a sexual aura, or saura for short.
Tom's recent photo on facebook shows him with an actual, visible, saura, which is interesting as he is sporting a new do and is also in vogue.

From the hilarious tv cartoon Ren & Stimpy, happy happy joy joy is defined as when the world expects you to put on this happy and joyful face when what you really want to do is shriek at the top of your lungs and rip your hair out in anger/frustration/misery. To make everyone happy though, you put on this mask of happy happy joy joy while singing a silly song.
Just as you were ready to leave work for the day, the boss tells you he wants you to work both Saturday and Sunday on the new project. You're on salary and so will get no more $$ for sacrificing your weekend. However, the boss is considering you for that vacant position where you'd have your own office with a window, so you happy happy joy joy and say, "Sure thing, boss!" with a big toothy grin on your face.

From the movie Pulp Fiction, one of the most feared characters stated his henchmen would "go medieval on yo' ass", which basically was a way of saying his men would click out on the men being threatened. To go medieval means to become savagely violent without restraint, similar to how we imagine those in the savage, unrestrained medieval times would respond to someone who had done them wrong.
