A person who is in charge of guiding man children on weekend excursions. Most likely in a situation where those being guided are either mildly inherited or plastered.

A person in a group who thinks he is contributing to the betterment of all however is underhandedly only invited to be a focus of ridicule due to his constant failures. Most often the last resort when needing someone to assist you.
