The same thing as Argus-eyes, (see definition 2), except the person's eyes that spell "ARGUS", are blue instead of the traditional pink.

Bufulu is a way a select few laugh. It is not medically recognized because it is not among many. A way to diagnose the condition is to see if the person's laughing sound seems to be "BUFULU". Bufulu is also called Kao in some European and Asian countries.
