Anthony Gargano, a Philadelphia Sports talk-show host on 610 WIP AM needed a word to describe people that are frugasies and bogus at the same time. The "R" in frugasie was removed for a better phoenetic pronunciation.
1. Fobogus (adj) - someone/thing that is frugasie-like and bogus.
2. Fobogusize (verb) - (used in a positive connotaion, more as homage to the creator rather than the actual meaning of the word) make me 1337 (elite)
