The kids who are trained by their racist parents to utter racial slurs.So,the parents can stay back and laugh,as most victims don't talk back to those kids.

A:Did you hear that racist piglet racially slurring at you?
B:Yeah,but he's just a kid.
A:Fuck him up and when the parents say he's just a kid,tell them 'Fuck your kid and fuck you for training him to be a racist.You are legally responsible for your kid's actions when he's a minor'.
