all that and a bag of chips

To mean that a person is all that and more. Usually it is an opinion and the only one who thinks it is that person. Other people usually don't believe the person is "all that and a bag of chips." The word chips can be replaced by almost any other word. Such as “all that and a bag of cookies.” Or “all that and a bag of candy.” Just to name a couple.

"That bitch thinks she is all that and a bag of chips."

A bottle containing 40 fluid ounces of malt liquor beer. The beer is of low quality and fairly cheap to buy. A bottle can run you usually between 2 and three dollars depending on brand. 40's are popular in a variety of areas and are drunken by many types of people. Gangstas will drink 40's and will sometimes pour out a little of the beer onto the ground for their dead homies. Teenagers also like to drink 40's because it is a fast way to get drunk and all the beer is in one bottle opposed to drinking several smaller 12 ounce bottles and/or cans. Some brands of beer produced in the 40 ounce variety are Clot 45, Olde English, Mickey's, and King Cobra.

A Ruger Mark II .22 autoloader pistol with a supressor on the barrell. A very quiet pistol and gets it's nick name because it was used to shoot sentry dogs in Vietnam.

"There is an enemy sentry dog over there, is your hush puppy ready?"

gold on a roll

Fake gold or something that is a cheap kind of metal like steel or tin that is only plated with gold. Some people will try to pass off items made with this material as being real gold.

Person 1: "Yo man what you need?"

Person 2: "Yo, ah man I need something man. I need a 20 man."

Person 1: "Well what you got man?"

Person 2: "I got this gold chain man."

Person 1: "This shit looks like that gold on a roll shit from the swap meet!"

Person 2: "It's real man."

Person 1: "This shit ain't real. You'd better get the fuck out of here and come back with some money."
