Trumanism

The state where someone believes the world they live in is not real, but rather a TV show and that everyone are actors, similar to the comedy/sci-fi movie The Truman Show.

The Truman Show is a movie where Truman, an insurance salesman is oblivious of the fact that his entire life is a TV show and his family members are mere actors. As the truth slowly uncovers itself, he decides to escape his "fake world".

Our neighbour thinks he's in a show. He must've been affected by Trumanism."
