Whenever you cannot for the life of you understand why a human being can be as stupid as Donald Trump.

Guy 1: I'm Donald Stumped. Why is he helping the 17 coal miners in America? Hasn't he ever heard of modern technology or environmentally friendly kinds of energy?

Guy 2: Well, Donald Trump did appoint to the head of the EPA someone who dismisses global warming as some sort of deep state commie plot.

Guy 1: Of course he did.
