family guy

One of the most overrated TV shows of the 21st century thus far. The early years were good, but since its return it has been boring, yet everyone likes it and sees it as better than the Simpsons, even though it is pretty much ripping of the Simpsons completely.

The characters are simple and unfunny.

Everyone else says family guy is funny and doesn't like the simpsons. I think they are insane.

1. A weak curative potion in Final Fantasy VI (III) that cures 50 hp.

2. A good example of late 90s wussrock that kids today unfortunately will no longer get to here, instead being stuck with Lady Gaga and faux-indie bands like Death Cab For Cutie.

Rock music that is "kid-tested, mother approved."

Generally bands that have power chords, somewhat raspy vocals, but lyrical content that appeals to all ages and doesn't scare away mothers or bore their teenage children.

Examples: Matchbox Twenty, Lifehouse, Train, Vertical Horizon,Goo Goo Dolls, Tonic.

Hipsters hate this music, and this music hates hipsters.

Gotta love kix rock, you can listen to it and even the most paranoid mother won't flip out at you.

To be a rebellious hardocre anarchist-communist by buying mass-produced anarchy patches and spiked jewlery from CAPITALIST stores such as Hot Topic. Basically, rebellion against capitalism created by capitalism to produce profits.

The "polite" way hot girls on dating sites turn down guys because they think it spares their feelings.

Translations:

"You're not my type" = "You're ugly"
"I don't feel a connection" = "You seem incredibly boring"
"We're not looking for the same thing" = "You're creeping me out"

When she told me she didn't feel a connection, I knew hot girl code well enough to get the message.

Fry's Electronics

The place where the employees declare your credit card instead of declining it, have no knowledge of electronics, and help customers of their own race first.

Yet people go there instead of Best Buy.

I'm going to Fry's Electronics to buy a computer that will crash from a guy who doesn't speak English and doesn't know how to use a computer.
