A Halloween ROM Hack fan sequel based on Earthbound by Toby Fox. It was made before Undertale. In the hack you play as Varik, a bounty hunter hired to traverse the now spooky world of Earthbound in order to track down Dr. Andonuts for his crimes after Ness and his friends didn't return from the past when defeating Giygas. The hack hasn't aged well in recent times with parts of the story being overly edgy and the final boss using the f slur, leading to Toby Fox disowning it. The Halloween Hack is also where the hit song Megalovania was first heard and there are some references in the hack that would later be reused for Undertale and Deltarune.
Person 1: "Hey Toby, remember that Earthbound Halloween Hack you made?"
Toby Fox: "Never speak to me again."

An obscure dungeon crawling RPG by Nihon Falcom. The game was released in 1991 on the PC98 and FM Towns and later ported to the SNES and PC Engine. The story follows a wandering swordsman named Ares Toraernos, who is pursued by his nemesis Dela Delon, who has accused him of murdering her teacher. The two fall down into the sunken ruins of an abandoned kingdom and you must navigate Ares out of the game’s stages. Brandish was successful enough in Japan to get 3 sequels and a PSP remake.

The main protagonist of the Brandish series, though his real name is actually Ares. Varik is more well known for being the main character of the "Earthbound Halloween Hack" made by Toby Fox in 2008. (Note: He is not Toby Fox's OC) Varik/Ares is typically a silent wandering swordsman that works as a bounty hunter and loves to drink beer. Ever since his debut in the Earthbound Halloween Hack he has been slowly becoming more popular in the Undertale and Deltarune fandom, with it being common for people to headcanon for him to be somehow related to Kris from Deltarune given their similarities in design.
Varik is also the main character in Undertale Halloween Hack, which is a fan sequel to Earthbound Halloween Hack and the series that No More Nuzzles is from.

Otherwise spelt as “Lakynn”, Laklynn is a fan name (granted, an unpopular one) used by a small portion of FNAF fans when referring to the security guard character Vanessa from Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach before she was revealed as Vanessa in the final game. It was also very frequent for “Laklynn” to be shipped with Vanny, the antagonist of Security Breach.
This scenario is similar to how FNAF fans used to call William Afton or Purple Guy by the name “Vincent”, though this trend was much more popular in the peak days of FNAF.

Fox lady from the fangame Undertale Yellow who also has really hard boss fights and likes to drain your max HP in her Genocide fight, and is the final boss of the Pacifist route. She is the wife of Chujin Ketsukane and the mother of Kanako Ketsukane, and best friends with Starlo. Her goal is to obtain the soul of the game’s protagonist Clover, in hopes of aiding in reviving Kanako after she fell down. She also wants to further Chujin’s legacy, as he passed away before the events of the game. In the Pacifist route it is revealed that she was the one who unintentionally caused Kanako to fall down due to her injecting a serum that contained an impure human soul. This was because Chujin told Ceroba to continue his work with creating a serum that can turn regular monsters into boss monsters, and Kanako was one of the few monsters that possessed the boss monster gene in order to make the perfected serum, thus motivating her goal to use Clover’s pure soul. Ceroba’s character was met with mixed reception from fans, with some either calling her a bad mother or a fox MILF. Sometimes the Undertale Yellow fandom also call her “The Roba”

A guy who made a series of Five Nights at Freddy's animations that are nostalgic to the FNAF community and were popular during FNAF's prime peak in popularity. Basically, it's a FNAF love story where Foxy and Mangle are dating and Chica gets jealous. Some drama goes down and this later results in Springtrap using Mangle to revive Fredbear because his memory chip is inside Mangle. Despite these videos coming off as a cheesy furry romance of the sort, the animation and voices are really well done and this is to this day regarded as a better love story than Twilight and is a cinematic masterpiece to FNAF fans.
Person 1: "Hey, you're a FNAF fan right? You should watch Tony Crynight!"
Person 2: "Oh yeah, I watched him when I was 9 years old!"

Otherwise known as “Press the B Button, Stupid!” Or “Radiation’s Earthbound Halloween Hack”, the Earthbound Halloween Hack is a ROM hack of Earthbound made by Toby Fox in 2008 for the Starmen.Net Halloween Funfest. The hack tells the story of an alternate timeline where Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo never returned from the past after defeating Giygas. Instead of Ness, the player assumes the role of a bounty hunter named Varik (of Brandish fame) getting hired by the mayor of Twoson to track down a monster who mutilated a little girl’s parents. Varik finds out that Dr. Andonuts, Jeff’s father from the original Earthbound, is the creator of the monsters that have been killing people. Varik goes inside Andonuts’ magicant and teams up with Ness’s 3 party members mentioned above. Together they kill Andonuts. The Halloween Hack is most well known for being the first game to host the debut of Megalovania, as well as being a precursor to Toby Fox’s later games, Undertale and Deltarune. Toby looks down on the hack as “A bad ROM hack with swears” and doesn’t bring it up in conversation in modern day. This is due to the original version including the f slur in the final boss dialogue before it was removed in the censored version.
