a.) A delusional person who thinks their investment choices MUST succeed because of past performance. They are so sure in their blind hope that they're willing to swear they'll eat their dick if they're wrong.
b.) Idiot

John McAfee was so sure of his idiot plan he swore to eat his dick over it. Dick eater goes Nom nom nom, nom nom.

Somebody fake who changes who they are just to fit in. Somebody who is easily manipulated by peer pressure. Somebody who is a fool that doesn't think for themselves.

Examples of prominent tools are:
President Donald Trump (a tool for Steve Bannon)
Vice President Mike Pence ( a tool for everyone who says they are Christian)

2.) When a person wants something they don't actually need but wants it so much they think that they do.
