Noun - An alcoholic drink that originated in Pullman, Washington, consisting of 750ml of moonshine and a can of tobacco chew. The drink is allowed to soak for an hour before being poured through a coffee filter.

Verb - To consume the drink "dip-n-shine."

Billy: "We just made a new batch of dip-n-shine!"

OR

Mary: "I can't wait to dip-n-shine with the kids at WSU!"

To follow a fat person through a crowd, particularly on a crowded dance floor.

Josh: "How do you move through the crowd so well?"

Forrest: "Dude, I was twirling a cane behind that fat chick over there."

Or

Forrest: "Quick, Josh! Let's twirl a cane before this fat guy moves along!"
