n. Billmaster
is anyone who Masters acts of total sweetness and Bad Ass-ness which usually result in someone/something else's ultimate demise and/or embarrassment. A Billmaster can act in the physical or verbal form and at times in ways never thought possible, but does so on a highly skilled and creative way and on a regular basis.
Someone exceptionally wise in the ways of the Bill, one who is unparalleled and always willing to take his Billness to the highest level
