a young woman who has the capabilities of becoming a nesfatara.

You notice a girl that would be considered statury rape but you decide she is attractive and you exclaim

a woman who is attractive from the waist down. Para is derived from the word parapaligic which implies some who is paralyzed from the waist down.

You glance at an attractive woman and decide that she has a nice butt but has a butter face and exclaim
"she is a parafatara"

You are introduced to an unattractive girl and you decide to covertly express your discust to your best friend by exclaiming
