A condescending phrase used to describe a person, black or white, who embodies the urban lifestlye.

Did you see those urban contemporaries over there? Damn, they just don't know when to quit, do they?

Imbecile = 30-49

Idiot = 29 & below

If you are calling someone a moron, you are actually saying the person is not an imbecile, since they are smarter than than that.
