1. Another name for a pot whore. Most whores have a dildo and a bong (if they smoke weed) hence in need of a dildo bong.

2. A bong that can be used or was used at one time as a dildo.

3. An extension off a bong so masturbation and pot smoking can occur at the same time.

"Patty is such a dildo bong I heard she was high and had sex with 4 50 year old men."
